Nova Edwards started LVK Paper Dolls in 2008. Her work consists of a variety of paper dolls including historical and custom portrait paper dolls. All of her paper dolls and their clothes are drawn by hand.

Nova's Harriet Tubman and Sojourner Truth Paper Dolls were available for purchase at the “Harriet Tubman: No Longer Underground” Symposium in Auburn, NY, in November 2013. The paper dolls, an excellent teaching supplement, can now be purchased at Amazon: Harriet Tubman and Sojourner Truth Paper Dolls.

In February 2014, Nova was invited to sell her paper dolls in the gift gallery of Blue Line Arts in Roseville, CA. Blue Line Arts is a nonprofit gallery that was established 45 years ago to feature local artists. In addition to the paper dolls she currently sells, Nova created a paper doll exclusively for Blue Line Arts.

From December 2015 to May 2016, Nova's paper dolls were sold in the Crocker Art Museum Store.

In April 2016, Nova was commissioned by the Eugene Field House Museum to create the Julia Comstock Field paper dolls.

The paper dolls make great gifts, especially custom portrait paper dolls, which are based on a person’s likeness. Portrait paper dolls are drawn from close up and full-length photos and come with five to eight outfits.  These paper dolls can be purchased at the LVK Paper Dolls website: custom paper doll.  Email requests also are accepted: Nova's paper dolls also can be purchased on Handmade at Amazon.
